Jean Albert Lievre
FI'96

Jean is the head of WLP founded 1998. With some 50 documentaries for France’s Hertzian television channels (TF1, France Télévision, Canal +, M6 and La Cinquième), WLP has a solid experience in directing and producing films for television. The best indication of WLP’s expertise is its regular participation in the Ushuaïa-Nature programme.
These eight-, 12-, 26- and 52-minute films, shot on every continent, show television viewers superb images of nature, exploration and human adventure. WLP was awarded the Rolex Grand Prix for the protection of the animal world for Dugongs et Lamantins (52’ for Canal+), the Bronze Anchor at the Toulon Exploration film festival for Missions Lamantins (26’ for La Cinquième), and a special mention at the international marine exploration film festival at Antibes for Voyageurs des cîmes (26’ for La Cinquième).
